Chance Herron

Chance Herron graduated from West Texas A&M University in the fall of 2017 with a B.S. in Agricultural Education. During his time at WTAMU, he was actively involved with Buffs for Christ and served as a student intern during the 2016–2017 school year. He also gained ministry experience as a youth intern at the Springtown Church of Christ in the summers of 2015 and 2016.

After graduating, Chance served in youth ministry roles in Amarillo and Boyd, Texas, before returning to Canyon in 2021 to join Buffs for Christ as the Associate Minister. In 2022, he stepped into the role of Director. He completed his M.A. in Christian Ministry through Lubbock Christian University in the spring of 2024.

Chance is supported by his wife, Kara, and their daughter Evelyn.
